Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for damaged merchandise only within thirty (30) days of order placement. We will replace damaged product with equal product and shipping will be at QDazzle™'s and QDazzleProm.com's expense.

Color Information:

Zero Fraud Tolerance Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Once we receive a chargeback from an already shipped order, we will immediately ban that customer from shopping on our website. Chargeback Policy:
Customers are urged to contact us by phone or email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily.

A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses. Examples of chargeback abuse are:

*customer failed to pick up parcel held at local post office and initiated a chargeback;

*customer used the products and then initiated a chargeback to attempt to get a refund.

Checkout - Payment Processing:
We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway.

Due to security reasons, we will only ship orders to a Confirmed shipping address, which is the billing address as it appears EXACTLY on your credit card or debit card statement. We will not ship any orders to Unconfirmed shipping addresses.

To confirm your shipping address on Authorize.net, you will need to use the billing address as it appears EXACTLY on your credit card or debit card statement for the credit card you use on Authorize.net

If you have left the credit card or debit card payment page without paying, your order will be cancelled.

Canceling Your Order:
We try to process all orders within the same day. Please Email us to cancel your order within 1/2 hour of placing your order. Once packed or shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING

Shipping Schedule:
